Ingredients:
For the test:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder (soda)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, soft
1 egg
1 cup thick sour cream
For the filling:
3-4 apples, cut into thin slices
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of starch (for example, corn)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add butter, egg and thick sour cream. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Rub the baking dish with butter or cover with baking paper.
Divide the dough in half. Roll out one half and put it into a mold, forming the bottom layer of dough.
In a bowl, mix the apples, raspberries, sugar and starch. Spread this filling evenly over the bottom layer of dough.
Roll out the second half of the dough and cover the filling with it. Secure the edges of the dough to avoid leaks.
Make several incisions in the upper layer of the dough so that the steam evaporates.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the pie to cool before slicing.
