Vinaigrette salad recipe

Here is a classic salad vinaigrette recipe:

Ingredients:

4 medium beets, boiled, cooled, and diced
4 medium potatoes, boiled in a uniform, cooled, and diced
3 carrots, boiled, cooled, and diced
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 pickles, diced
4 tablespoons peas (frozen can be used)
4 tablespoons canned green peas
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar (preferably apple)
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix beets, potatoes, carrots, onions, pickles, peas and green peas.

In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently so that all the ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce.

Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight so that the flavors combine well.

Serve the vinaigrette as a cold appetizer or side dish to the main course.

Useful properties:
Potatoes - contains a lot of starch.
Beetroot - helps strengthen joints.
